How long does shipping take?
Keychains are handcrafted in-house and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Stickers and apparel are produced by our print partner and usually arrive within 5-10 business days. All orders include tracking.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Personalized keychains are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged. Stickers and apparel follow our standard 30-day return policy. See our Returns page for full details.
How does personalization work?
For keychains, simply enter the name you want engraved (up to 12 characters) on the product page before adding to cart. Your keychain will be laser-engraved with your custom text in bold white fill.
Do you offer bulk or team orders?
Yes! We love working on team orders, booster club gifts, and spirit packs. Contact us with your needs and we will put together a custom quote.
