Order Processing Time
Custom and Made to Order Products
Most Powell Lines products are custom created or produced in small batches.
- Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time typically enter production the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time will begin production the following business day.
Standard production time is 3 to 5 business days prior to shipment.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high demand periods, production time may extend to 7 to 10 business days.
If your custom order requires design approval, production will begin once approval is received. Delays in customer approval may extend the processing timeline.
Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Ready to Ship Products
In stock products typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Partner Fulfilled Products
Select apparel and specialty items are produced and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner through Printify.
These items typically require 2 to 5 business days for production prior to shipment.
If your order includes both handcrafted and partner fulfilled products, items may ship separately. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
Shipping Locations
Powell Lines currently ships within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
After production is complete, standard shipping delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
We provide order progress tracking so you can follow your product through production and shipment.
Customers may check their order status online to view:
- Production stage
- Quality verification
- Shipment status
- Carrier tracking information
You will also receive an email notification when your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Signature Confirmation
For higher value orders, Powell Lines may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure arrival.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or special releases. Promotion details will be clearly stated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing both handcrafted and partner fulfilled items may ship separately. Separate tracking information will be provided when applicable.
Shipping Delays
Powell Lines is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Powell Lines is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Powell Lines is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If signature confirmation was required and successfully completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient upon delivery.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with documentation if needed.
Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@powelllines.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and provide a resolution.
