Returns and Refund Policy

We take pride in craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work.

At Powell Lines, many of our products are custom made or produced in small batches. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. If you have any questions, contact hello@powelllines.com.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because many Powell Lines products are custom made, engraved, or personalized, custom items are final sale.

This includes:

  • Personalized name items
  • Custom engraved pieces
  • Made to order artwork
  • Items modified specifically for a customer

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer provided errors in personalization details.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Design Approval Orders

If your order required design approval and was approved prior to production, the approved design is considered final.

Refunds will not be issued for approved designs unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Non Custom Products

Non custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition
  • The item is in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@powelllines.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging if damaged

Once reviewed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to request return of the defective item before issuing a refund.

Apparel and Partner Fulfilled Products

Certain apparel and specialty products are produced by our fulfillment partner through Printify.

For these items:

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for verified manufacturing defects or print errors
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Size exchanges are not guaranteed unless a production error occurred

If a defect is confirmed, we will coordinate directly with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Because custom orders often enter production the same day, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Clearance or final sale items

Craftsmanship Protection

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Damage occurring after delivery
